Day 1: March
9th (D) Arrive at Saigon Airport and transfer to Northern Hotel

local restaurant.
Day 2: March
10th (B) Tour of Saigon city in the morning exploring China Town
with Thien Hau Pagoda, old quarters, Chinese herb street and Bih Tay Market
(with everything you can imagine) and Giac Lam Pagoda. That afternoon we will
visit the former the President Palace, The War RemnANT Museum, Emperor of Jade
Pagoda. BenThanh market, Notre Dam church and the Post Office. Then back to the
Northern Hotel. (Lunch and Dinner on your own)
Day 3: 11
March 11th (B,L): Mekong Delta Tours with full day trip Ben Tre:
8:00 A,M,
Departure from hotel. Experiencing the fascinating Mekong in a breath. Then this
trip is for you. Located more than 1,5 hours south of Saigon is the beginning of
your discovery of the Deep South. Visit Vinh Trang Buddhist temple & Meet up
with a local family at their home to see technique of making rice noodle in My
Tho. Continue to Ben Tre, arrival in Hung Výõng
Pier (Ben
Tre town), Take a boat on Ben Tre river – one of tributaries of Mekong river,
Sightseeing: lively activities along river as fishing, water transferring…. Stop
at brickwork to see how to make bricks in handy traditional style by printing
and baking. Visit one of plenty of coconut processing workshops located along
canal. Turn on natural scissors creeks where they look smaller and smaller to go
to village. Take a walk to family workshop making sleep mats and enjoying some
fruits and tea. Lunch at a local house. Then take a motor cart (xe loi) or cycle
riding under tree shades, pass by green rice fields and vegetable plants and be
able to touch on real life and find out about tropical culture from Peasants.
Afternoon take rowing-boat along water palm creek and cruise back to HungVýõng
Pier.
Pick up and transfer back to Saigon & drop off at your hotel around 16:30 –
17:00. Then free relax & dinner on your own. O/n at the Northern Hotel (same
hotel). (Dinner on your own)
Day 4: 12
March (B,L,D): Transfer to Saigon airport for flight to Pleiku on VN342@10:05 –
11:20. Upon arrival, transfer to Pleiku hotel and have lunch in the restaurant
of the hotel. That afternoon we will take a drive southward on National Route
14 to visit Camp Enari-the former headquarter of the 4th Infantry
Division. Pass former Camp Holloway by car on National Route 19, Engineer Hill
and stop off at Bien Ho Lake for sightseeing. Diner overnight at Hoang Anh
Pleiku hotel , (Deluxe rooms).
Day 5: 13
March (B,L,D): After breakfast, drive Northward on National Route 14 to visit a
village of Jarai, named Plei Phun, there you can have a stroll around the
village to learn about their daily activities, especially the wooden statues of
the graveyard and watering spring place. Back to Pleiku for lunch.
Afternoon, have time to visit Orphanage in Pleiku then continue on to on to
visit another village of Bahnar named Dektu there you will enjoy the Folk
musical performance, “can” wine with the girl dancing group as well. Then back
to hotel in Pleiku for dinner and a good nights sleep.
Day 6: 14
March (B,L,D): After breakfast, drive to Kontum and explore its neighborhood
minority villages of Bahna people, Daktu village, the well-known Kontum wooden
church with Orphanage and Arch Bishop of Kontum with its unique architecture.
Pat Leary a member of the 189th AHC will meet us there.
This
afternoon, visit some of the famous sites and battle fields of the Vietnam War
including Dakto, Tan Canh and the abandoned air strip. Overnight at Indochine
Hotel, Deluxe rooms (this hotel is nicer than Dakla hotel).
Day 7: 15 March
(B): After breakfast, depart Kontum by air conditioned bus and drive to Tuy Hoa
(7 hrs) with stop to visit sightseeing en route. Overnight at CenDeluxe Hotel,

Lunch and Dinner on your own.
Day 8: 16 March
(B): After breakfast, drive to Nha Trang (3 hrs) and relax on the beach upon
arrival. Overnight at the Green hotel. (Deluxe rooms). Lunch and Dinner on
your own. Sea food is really good in Nha Trang.
Day 9: 17 March
(B): Nha Trang Tours: visit Ponagar Cham tower, Hon Chong promontory then free
relax on the beach. O/n at the same hotel. “Go shopping” Lunch and Dinner on
your own.
Day 10: 18 March
(B): Morning depart from Nha Trang. Photo stop at salt field in Cam Ranh. Visit
Polong Gia Rai Cham temple in Phan Rang. Then on the Phan Thiet & Mui Ne.
Overnight at Bamboo Village resort, Deluxe rooms. Lunch and Dinner on your
own. (There is great Aussie restaurant nearby that serves western food).
Day 11: 19 March
(B): Today free relax on the beach. Overnight at the same hotel. Lunch and
Dinner on your own.
Day 12: 20 March
(B): Phan Thiet: Morning relax on the beach. That afternoon drive back
to Saigon. Overnight
at the Northern hotel. Deluxe rooms. Lunch and
Dinner on your own.
Day 13: 21 March
(B): Today free relax on your own until transfer to airport for your flight back
home. End services. Tour Company will make arrangements for your transportation
back to the airport.
